October 08 New resolutions......no loveI know it is too early to talk about resolution,January is a time of renewal for me
I love making resolutions at new year`s but don`t usually start them until
well into the month,somehow,halfway through the month the
thought of making changes still seems relevent,and
determination seems more real than the do-or-die
mentality of a New year`s resolution.
How ever,the making of a resolution-even a well-thought-out smart resolution- is only the begining.
it is the keeping of it that reaps the benefit,even though it`s the keeping that seems dauting.
I always tell myself this change of behaviour isn`t forever-it`s only for six month.
most people seem to take three month to form a habit, but i always
need more like six month
When i was in love the last two years are indelibly imprinted in my memory.
i never want to go through them again
so i never let my love level fall to where i`d have to repeat myself for the last two years to be heard....
now it is over each week i look back and see how i was crying for love...with out getting it.
i laugh at it....
some people keep a diary, and that can be really helpful too
just remember to celebrate those little sweet memorys....
i`ll never love again
